I attended the first half of the vigil in front of Malcolm Hall and listened to the Dean while he made his short speech. It was not moving, but very straightforward.

NO TO CHARTER CHANGE BEFORE 2010.

A Charter Change before the President leaves works in her favor, especially with 7 Supreme Court Justices going to retire when 2009 ends. And the process currently pursued by the House of Representatives is very questionable, leaving everything up to themselves without the votes of the Senate.

If we truly want CHANGE, let us do it on the election day in 2010. We need an Obama, well at least someone like him.
